GCNJは、ジェンダー平等推進のための国際的なフレームワーク「女性のためのエンパワーメント原則（WEPs）」のハンドブックの続編として、「ジェンダー平等事例集」を公開いたします。
これは、GCNJ会員企業24社の女性活躍推進、ひいてはジェンダー平等へ向けた取り組みをインタビュー形式でまとめたものです。
各企業の戦略的な施策と、担当者のたゆまぬ努力、知恵が結集された実践的なガイドとなっています。
本事例集が、ジェンダー平等に向けて尽力されているすべての企業・団体の皆様にとって、その行動を促進、強化するツールとなることを心から望んでおります。

GCNJ publication: “Gender Equality Case Studies : Diversity and Inclusion – Initiatives of 24 Japanese Companies”
This case studies collection was published as a practical guidebook for the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Handbook (produced in collaboration with WE EMPOWER Japan). It presents interviews with the persons in charge of promoting gender equality at 24 GCNJ member companies. All of these companies, while affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, have changed their mindset and are working earnestly to achieve gender equality in their own companies and society as a whole. This collection of case studies summarizes the strategic measures taken by the companies and the efforts and achievements of those in charge.
GCNJ sincerely hopes that this collection of case studies, which brings together the wisdom of individual companies, will become a tool for all companies and organizations to promote and strengthen their actions.
